Founded in South Burlington with one recruiter, one phone line, and a commitment to placing Vermonters in honest work.

Workers' compensation in-house
Brought workers’ comp and liability under our own umbrella so employers never have to manage temp insurance themselves.
- 2015
Free worker shuttle launched
Bought a company van to remove transportation as a barrier to work for Vermonters across Chittenden County.
- 2020
Built the VEA Time Clock app
Replaced paper timesheets with our own time-and-attendance app — workers clock in from anywhere and get paid faster.
- 2025
6,000+ Vermonters placed
Crossed the 6,000 placement mark across 500+ Vermont employer partners. And we’re still picking up the phone.
